Canelo's grade as a fighter

An easy A

 

It's easy to look like an A+ fighters when you face opposition 1 or 2 levels below you, conversely, You're not always going to look you great when you face other top fighters. I rate Canelo a B+ fighter but the 23 yr old is bordering on A.

B+ for me.

 

He's an A level fighter. Although, there really is no guidelines for these grades. However, I think he has a relatively deep skill set and he's one of the best 10-15 fighters out there. So that's A level in my book.

 

I agree with the majority, he is a solid B+

He fought well against Lara, given that he has cement in his feet and stubby arms, and Lara is arguably the MOST awkward fighter there is today

 

After Juan Manuel Marquez finally retires Canelo will be the best fighter out of Mexico he's somewhere between B+ and A-
