If Ali was like Floyd would he be the greatest?

    If Muhammad Ali did the following during his career would he be regarded as TGE?

    - Duck Joe Frazier

    - Accuse Frazier of being on PEDs

    - Only then fight Frazier when Frazier is at the end of his career

    - Ask George Foreman to use extra safe Durex++ strength boxing gloves otherwise no fight

    - Retire when the division had more good fighters claiming he needs a break


    With all of these accolades into his career could Ali THEN be regarded as The Greatest Ever?

    Floyd could have secured himself very close to that league of 'greatest' fighters but his action prevents such a status EVER being given...Does he even rank #1 as the greatest defensive fighter of all time? lol.

    Floyd is not the best or greatest ever. Far from it, but he is one of the best for sure and top 2 of this era.

    Could you imagine if Ali could win a title every three pounds?

    Or if he could fight in THREE catchweights titles like Pac?

    Or if he was afraid of giving a few drop of bloods?

    Or if avoided George and said who does he think he is?

    Or fought George after everyone beat him up like Manny waited for Cotto, Margarito, Hatton, DLH, Morales, Mosley to get beat up then cherrypick them?

    What if Ali came back from a loss by fighting a fighter coming off a loss, fighting a feather fisted Bradley again, then a feather fisted Algieri.

    People would laugh at Ali back then.
