    It doesn't count as far as being seen as the true number 1 middleweight everybody already had ggg as the number 1 middleweight even before Martinez-cotto just based on how dominant ggg looked and how Sergio was struggling.the fact that cotto is making a mockery of the middleweight championship by fighting catchweight fights against a ww like Bradley which I will lol when cotto loses because he will proves my point he's not trying to fight at 160 against the top MW's because he knows he loses.No cotto does not get credit for beating an old shot Martinez just like larry holmes got no credit for beating an old shot ali.

    bro it's all good bradley will beat cotto derailing the canelo vs cotto fight. it will be like trout vs cotto all over again lol.and no im not comparing bradley to trout I'm saying cotto will lose.

    Yes, Cotto is the so-called "lineal" champion but in this instance it's no better than an IBO title, that's how impressive his record is at MW.

    Gennady Golovkin is the man at 160.
