    What an odd opinion...

    A decade is 10 years.

The "1990's" is from 1990 through 1999. There is no 2000 in the "1990's."

    A decade starts with 1920, 1950, 1980, 2010, etc. It doesn't start in 1921, 1951, 1981, 2011, etc.

    Actually, it does.

There was no year zero, so the first decade comprised years 1-10.

The second decade 11-20, and so on.

Out of interest, what year was Mexican-Isreali boxer Jesus Christ born? 1BC? 1AD?

I don't think he was ever born, see mithra, Horus, etc. but if we're to believe he existed multiple biblical scholars say between 6-4 bc. This is based on mathew 2:1 which says Jesus was born during the time of king Herod who died in 4 bc.

What a jerk you are. Wow.

When a baby is born, what do we go by ? Is he in his first year when he is born?

    Are babies born 1?

    No they TURN 1.

You guys really don't like admitting L's huh?

I see your point but human years are different from historical years because there was no year zero. The third millennium started 2001. That being said I consider the 90s to be 90 to 99. Someone born in 1980 is an 80s baby it would be ridiculous to say he's a 70s baby but technically he is born in that decade. I don't think anyone's really wrong.

Floyd has one really good win. Pac has one really good win. Neither have the best record of the decade.

    Probably Garcia or Ward.

The guy who moaned about it was wrong.

I didn't see many people out celebrating the start of a new millennium in 2001!

Up until his loss last years Mares was having a great 2010's. Yamanaka also has handily beaten a lot of solid guys.
