By fighting a better, smarter fight than he did against Barker. That's what Im hoping for anyway. As a fan that's what you do with fighters/teams you like you cheer and get behind them no matter what the odds are against them. I know Golovkin is a massive favourite and deservedly so but you stick by your favourite fighters.
I see Geale getting stopped about the 10th round. When the score cards are shown after that point, I expect them to reveal a close fight with Geale winning his fair share of rounds. 5-5 perhaps 4-6 in GGGs favour. Geales 2 losses have been split decisions - which means - in the eyes of one judge he beat Mundine AND Barker respectively. Geale has never been dominated in his pro career and a late KO would still not necessarily mean an ass whooping. I would highlight Hatton-Kosta fight where KT didn't come out for the bell. It was by no means a one sided fight, in fact the fight turned very quickly following a couple of fouls by both men. Geale definitely can win although everything will have to line up for him on the night. Chuck in an ounce of luck too.
GGG doesn't seem the type of character to abandon his kids and live on the other side of planet earth.
After Sunday will the Geale fans log on and eat their Crow? Or will they run & hide like they did after Geale was exposed by the lowly Darren Barker?
It will be more like the mass exodus of Green fans after the Tarver fight, then months down the track you will get em saying they were never Geale fans to begin with, like BRUAGIRL now does with Green lol
