What a joke 1 week before a fight and he goes and fractures his hand. What a dimwit...totally his fault
atschatschatsch I hope your kidding. Fury turned down Pulev and his 50K offer FLAT and signed to fight Haye for 5 MILLION. He turned down the 500K to fight Price, which was not even a guaranteed offer, and he said he'd make the fight when there was better money and a title on the line. Im sure he's kicking himself for not taking that one, but hindsights 20/20 and IMO.....Price will come back and the fight will happen in the post k2 era.:think
Chisora just tweeted "@Tyson_Fury sorry mate would have been a very good fight we get it on next month don't complain about the money you give 10,000 to your kids" So maybe only a month wait?
That one was a couple of years ago. Both have improved since then. Was also looking forward to this one.
No doubt Fury and his disciples will claim Chisora smashed his own hand with a hammer to avoid fighting him. I can see it now: "The break is too neat..." this "I'm the best heavyweight on the planet "that... Let's put him in with Wilder and remove one hypejob from the picture. I'd also like people to note that as a person I'm very much entertained by Tyson - I just don't think he's 10% of the fighter he thinks he is. Big. Check. Brave. Check. Confident. Check. Everything else? a huge question mark.
Ticket sales are rubbish, promoters about to lose a small fortune, home fighter pulls out with a bad hand, oldest one in the book. What you guys think of that?
