Cotto will beat up Canelo with smooth movement, jabs and left hooks. Cotto will school GGG. Golovkin has never been in the ring with a fighter at Cotto's level of skills. Chavez is way too big for Cotto. Even if Cotto pursued the fight I don't see it happening.
That's always pissed me off about white people, I'm part Russian and German yet my family don't consider some of the Cunbans and Mexicans I've dated white, even though they were the exact same shade of white as we are.
