    You're bang on about Tyson, say what you want about the man but he is as game as they come, and I get the feeling that runs in the family. Peter wouldn't say no if Thomson was drafted in.

    If it is Thompson that would be great, maybe a tougher fight than Chisora.

    only thing chisora has over the tiger is workrate maybe speed.

    Peter had said no but unless he plans on getting someone better I'd do it. He won't be in peak shape and it won't improve rankings or act as an eliminator, but it would win fans and IMO, most importantly, a fight on short notice with a tricky, experienced fighter will put Fury in good stead in the future when things aren't going as expected in a fight.

    I don't think Thompson can knock Fury out and he certainly wouldn't win a decision . I actually think Fury knocks him out because he's in great shape and Thomson won't be sharp, but also because of the height of Thompson. We're used to seeing Fury in awkward dirty fights with much smaller fighters but I think at 6'5, Thompson is just the right height to tee off on.
