This is what Bernard Hopkins means when he says, proper diet. But in America I've noticed that many off-the-shelf foods are enhanced or fortified with Vitamin D and other vitamins. It's as if some people cannot manufacture these vitamins on their own and need fortified foods. When I shop, I avoid all these artificially fortified foods and only eat natural.
porter should sue the mayweather's. they started all these witch hunts which are ruining other fighter's good names.
As I recall, the FDA places daily recommended requirements labels on most foods which contain the percentage of the RDA that each food provides. After consumption, it's up to your body's mini-factory to metabolize and distribute these vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, and amino acids. People who have faulty livers, thyroids, melanosomes, may not be capable of processing and extracting all of the needed nutrients.
What? A good sports multi, BCAA's/Aminos & aiding a high protein diet help significantly with muscle repair, the value of your resting state, general health & much more. Other supplements such as beta-alanine are used as well as it prolongs lactic acid build up and fatigue related symptoms. All of which are legal & completely safe. To say they are a waste is naive. Yes, granted they are nothing in comparison to using gear, that is not to say they have no value.
Here's a guy that seems to enjoy getting ripped off. There is basically zero oversight in the supplement industry. That have little obligation to successfully demonstrate that their products can do anything that they claim they can do. They also don't have to actually put in the product what they claim is in it. I've worked out for 15 years. I've used all sorts of supplements. I achieved my best results without taking one supplement. Those supplements do jack ****. If you use proper form, eat right, and get proper rest, you'll see optimal results. The only way to go above that is by using PEDs. But hey, if you want to spend your money on products that the companies who make them are allowed to actually make **** up about what their product does, and doesn't have to go through any sort of rigorous testing, be my guest.
Are these doping allegations/speculations being started by Floyd fans so their boy can get away with ducking Porter?
