Hearn definitely said in a Kugan interview that he insisted on random drug testing and got it.

 

I havent said anything to blame Hearn - all I said was that I thought that he had made the random testing a key condition of the contract - Porter for whatever reason thinks differently.

Look, If Porter is going to get a knock on the door from the testers at stupid oclock whilst hes banging his Mrs then fair enough Hearn has done his job.
