And how many opponents were no name bums off the street you and I will never know.
How many of their opponents had any skill to speak of.
As far as Robinson goes name someone other than Lamotta, Basilio, Armstrong, Fullmer and Graziano anyone has ever heard of and he lost to 3 of them.
For the legends of the sport we don't have enough info to make an accurate analysis of how truly great or mediocre some of them were.

He is. Probably grew up in la and thinks he's black because a couple of them burned down his daddy's bodega during the riots.

The past is nostalgic, it's hard for people to see the present in a good light.

Sorry none of your RockEm/SockEm favourites are listed here, but don't sweat it cause, they never are listed on anyone ATG iists, no matter how modern.

That tells you the whole story.

    But don't feel bad.
Great Boxers need great opponents to allow them to shine.

If there was an All Time Great Opponents (ATGO) list, your guys would definitely be tops.

I know that, but I only wish that most matadors were as active and exciting as Erik. If it suited your argument you would easily make Morales a come forward all out brawler, and look down on him as well.

I'm a big fan of Leonard, and Duran, Robinson and Ali were very good wouldn't call myself a massive fan.
I'm a fan of Boxing, all styles some more than others, I don't discriminate that much, but most snobs like you do, that's the point of this thread.
By the way how old are you?

    This is what it is.
People who have never boxed prefer brawling all out actions fights.
They sit back back with a beer in hand and allow themselves to be carried away by passions, happy in ignorance.
However, a man who has stepped in the ring will come to prefer the thinking boxer.
They stand and study the skills, movements and talents in the hope of imitating and learning just how it is these thinking boxers do it...They admire in knowledge.

Koreans and Asians in general are pretty obsessed with Black culture, alot of the K-pop bands rip off hip hop, speaking of his defense of Lara anyone who thinks body shots don't count shouldn't brag about being a Sweet Science Guru.

Don't use the word tranny its very offensive, use the proper term he's a Ladyboy.

LOL. That's rich, and worth 10 head shots for 1 body shot.

Asians can take body shots, no problem. :yep
