    I wonder if the lightweight Duran of the mid 70's could of dominated the welerweight division of his time.

    Roy Jones could have dominated Hopkins' middleweight division if he could make 160.

    Monzon would have probably owned super-middleweight....but no higher than that.

    Hagler probably could have fought at Super middle, maybe Light Heavyweight, and had some success, he was a Big man with a lot of muscle, and had the chin to take the punch..

    But back in the early 80's there wasn't too many nutritionists around like today, and special trainers to help fighters put on weight , without putting on fat, and too much water retention...

    Him at 140 would have been very interesting as well.

    His management turned down a Cervantes fight

    Would be interesting to see what prime Chris Byrd might have done as a cruiserweight.

    I also think that for Jones, it would have been a better bet than going back down to LHW.

    Floyd Patterson at lhw. he would have had to yo yo which would have taken a toll but he always had to build himself up to hw, he could have made lhw.

    Salvador Sanchez was probably facing an imminent move up Certainly
    Jr Lightwight would of been little problem, but perhaps only a temp stop-off an the way to full lightweight. a very interesting future beckoned sad how some things turn out.
