****** you picked the proska fight from two years ago to make your bull**** point. Selective evidence. The Adama fight did over a million and the geale one will do 1.5. Your an idiot, flat out. Ward had big names and still couldn't beat ggg fighting people the average fan doesn't know.

    813k with Rosado.

But you're not considering the fact that Ward was pit vs the GSP card.

Would GGG have done 1.4 million stacked against that card? I would say hell no.

If Ward had an undercard and was on a different date, would he had done better numbers?

    I would say surely.

Please link me where Adama/GGG did over 1 million when to my knowledge, HBO did not even air it due to disputes with Monte Carlo.

You can lie all you want to make your point but the fact of the matter is that GGG's numbers aren't as impressive as you think

    813 with Rosado btw.

MVC's jealously that Golovkin is a better fighter, a better human, and is getting more attention than Floyd is so incredibly apparent.

International tv doesn't count? That's how idiotic all this is. Ggg is international. His total numbers destroy wards hbo numbers. Further pathetic, ward is an American Olympian and is doing the same numbers as a foreigner. Give up.

Golovkin is a better fighter than Ward or May?

You need to start watching boxing.

You might want to go a check what a fact is, because that ain't one.

Let's wait until next week and see how GGG draws on Saturday. I doubt they'll be much argument then.

    Provide the link please.

You seem to have trouble doing it.

    I'll wait.

I can see that my posts (backed with numbers/facts) are destroying you and causing you to froth from the mouth. :hi:

Don't have to be so angry.

    Link, please.

Then we'll have to wait until Ward fights next time for an accurate assessment.

Ward-Froch didn't come close to doing 1.1 M viewers. I can't remember the exact number but I'm sure it was way, way lower than that.

GGG ain't yet .. and despite being a big Golovkin fan I acknowledge that he doesn't yet deserve to be, but right now it isn't Ward that's getting the MSG main (albeit not at full capacity) and it ain't Ward that's getting himself pushed at the public.

Look - I agree that Ward remains the #1 at 168, but the guy actually needs to keep fighting, at least occasionally, to maintain that position.

If he doesn't, then almost by default it makes GGGs team the dominant partner in negotiations.

I get that you don't really rate Golovkin, but if Ward remains inactive then Golovkin will end up the 'A' side, as Cotto was able to control negotiations with Maravilla despite being the challenger.

No I acknowledged it once Overhill brought it up. I had forgotten about that. But those are hypotheticals so that's something we'll never know so we can't use that as an argument for or against somebody. I just want to stick with the numbers we have.

Golovkin on the A side vs Ward?

THAT will never happen. Not in a million years.

Like I said before, Ward is having a lot of promotional issues and Goossen is unable to get him any sort of fight.

The Martinez/Cotto situation is far different.

Martinez can't put asses on seats like Cotto can.

    This is far different.

Ward's numbers have shown that he CAN put asses on seats and CAN gets eyes glued to the tv. :deal

And he makes 5x more per fight than GGG.

i feel sorry for ward,he cant get a fight with a champion or a contender.its impossible for him....maybe because he clinches and cheats and is boring in his fights that he dont get anyone.maybe ward just stinks the place out...
