of course they didn't try to make a ward fight when he was injured. how idiotic. and right now, as fast car actually said, ward ain't ppv. had he not been out of action, he probably would have been. however, at no stage did fast car say any of the **** you claim.

as i stated, had ward been more active, we would probably be looking at a rematch. unfortunately, due to froch's age, it's looking progressively less likely.

GGG has already surpassed Ward in Global appeal. You are going to have to admit this in a few day. Not only will the Geale fight do more than 1.4 million viewers on HBO. SKY sports is going to air the fight also. The total views will be over 2 million.

And for those posting purse number ( like they actually matter) why don't we wait and see what the fighters are being paid for saturday. And I highly doubt HBO ever spends 3 million on a Ward card again, considering it didn't draw well.

Ward fought Rodriguez in Novemeber which would have been a perfect timeframe for a Froch fight after fighting Kessler in the Summer.

Absolutely no way Hearns ever throws his money maker back in with Ward this late in his career.

Chavez/Degale are easier fights for decent money.

No way he wants another lesson against Ward.

Thats great, so who is going to pay for the purses? Who is going to get in the middle of a Federal legal battle? Who is going to risk further litigation against them possibly for funding/promoting the fight, or even get drawn into discovery in a lawsuit between Ward and his promoter?

Not HBO, not K2, not Matchroom, not TR, not anybody. There is a reason Ward is not fighting in 2014 and its not because he is tired of making money.

This issue is becoming a good litmus for seeing who has the first clue.

For isntance, I think HBO doesn't want to get involved in broadcasting any fighter who is in a legal dispute as this may entail negative consequences. This is called proper risk management.

Ward will never be PPV. He lacks any kind of star power. His personality is as beige and boring as his fighting style.

    Pathetic hyping from newbie.

Maybe K2 should've made him a star in Germany?

Whatever man, Gennady has the highest ratings of any boxer who hasn't been on PPV. It is what it is.

Floyd became p4p star by avoiding smaller guy(Pac), so GGG has no chance to be p4p star by avoiding bigger guy(Ward)?:lol:

    ummm, his promoter??

Until the case is decided, his promoter is still his promoter.

I cant see how Goosen is financially benefitting by keeping Ward on the sidelines. Legal case or not.
