Lately, Dirrell is as happy as he's been in a long time while training for his comeback bout scheduled for Aug. 1 at Little Creek Casino Resort in Shelton, Wash. on ESPN2's Friday Night Fights.

Not sure how I feel. I mean it's good to see him fighting again but there's been so much time off that I really don't care.

Getting away from 50c is the best move he could make.

With Haymon he can get back in the world title chase pretty quickly

Huge addition to the SMW division.

Maybe him and his brother could have a title each.

I was always confused if he was really under 50 cents banner since SMS never listed his name in their rooster but had photos of him on the front page of the site.
I'm happy to see Dirrell try to work his way back into the mix and I'm definitely looking forward to his 1st come back fight to see how much ring rust he has and if he will still be campaigning at SMW.

It was about time. Hopefully after 1 or 2 fights he will get back to high ratings so we can see him back in the mix for a title. It was big injustice when he schooled Froch in England then got robbed.

If he is still as good as he was, nobody is going to have an easy time against him.

If Anthony wasn't able to get past Bika, I don't see him picking up a title any time soon.

    What do you mean?

50s last few fights have been for world titles, and Haymon is notorious for hiding his guys.

Who's gonna chase down a guy like Dirrel? You think Froch is gonna be calling him out? Groves? Abraham?

He might get to be an OPPONENT for Ward though, once Ward signs with Haymon:think:think:think:-(

I know the fight ended in a draw, but I felt Bika won the fight pretty clearly.

Reckon he will in the rematch as well. Too tough.

Once Dirrell gets 2-3 warm up bouts under his belt he can definitely make a huge fight facing a boxer who unlike Froch/Canelo, knows how to cut off the ring and face a mover; Andre Ward.

You mean ALL his fight so?

50c has managed to get all his fighter COMBINED about 6 fights since he started promoting
