    the problem of pac is he is trusting too much the people around him. had he hired an independent accounting firm to handle his multi-sourced income, he would not be in this tax trouble.

    Why are you even in this thread then??

    I care because it is a shame when someone has given so much to the sport and provided boxing fans with some spectacular moments, yet surrounds himself with idiots and parasites. He isn't skilled enough to manage his finances and there is no shame in that, but to not see what is going on around him at this stage of his life/career is just head scratching.

    People say it isn't a big deal but he owes taxes in 2 countries potentially.

    Because the title made me curious to see what apparently confirms Pacquiao's idiocy. After seeing the OP and a few other posts I had a question which you answered below.

    I don't think owing some tax is a big deal or a shame or makes Pacquiao an "idiot".
