Whatever happens in fury's career one thing we should all be proud of is Britain has someone who truly is a entertainer but also a fighter who isn't scared of taking on the very best. We have many more talented fighters in Britain than fury but I cant think of one apart from maybe khan who is not frightened to challenge the very best. I truly believe if Tyson fury wins impressively this weekend he will become a great heavyweight. Scary thing is we haven't seen any of his true potential, yes he has been knocked down and yes his chin is probably not up there with some of the other heavyweights but the man is 25, he is a formidable force and im not surprised people duck him because with his height good jab and power he could be unbeatable . I know he acts like a twat most of the time but he is someone who beats his opponents before they even get in the ring and we should be proud that Britain has a fighter like fury instead of fighters who are worried about getting beat. After this he will probably get smashed Saturday but in his next fight he would fight 2 mike tysons if he had too, the man is slightly crazy and I think a fury in kill mode is a match for any current heavyweight!!!!!

I'm a fury fan, yes the man can be wild but he's always entertaining, if he wasn't in heavyweight boxing I probably wouldn't even be watching it anymore.

Khan just calls out the best, he doesnt actually face any of them

secondly, have you heard of a guy called Carl Froch :good

Thirdly, yeah i agree, i like Fury and i hope he goes all the way. I personally think he would have beaten Vitali (and i am willing to elaborate for those twats who find that humorous)

I didnt like his comments about Joe Frazier though. But i think what his intention was, was to build up Chisora as his Frazier, while he sees himself as some sort of Ali.

This. He might be slow and un co-ordinated at times, but he knows what hes doing.

Its just his mind and mouth move faster than his body.

He can fight on the inside, on the outside, he can clinch and use his size advantage effectively.

hes got pretty much all bases covered, except keeping his hands low.

Oh and he can turn southpaw to boot as well.

Plus, it would be nice to see an Irish heavyweight champion

Hopefully its a trend thats going to continue and get bigger.

I think more British fighters should fight in America (which, lets face it, is the big stage of boxing)

With Wrank Farrens power declining, i think were going to see less british champs who stay at home and make multipe title defenses against nobodies.

Eddie Hearn is taking over and i think he will take british boxers to another level, hopefully.

I'm a fan but he is going to get KO'd so damn hard at some point. It is inevitable.

There's more chance that the Cuban rebel picks up a title than the English gypsy.

I don't have a problem with the way Fury acts but I don't find it all that entertaining most of the time (sometimes funny though and I appreciates the fact that he at least tries to entertain). I don't see how he is any more willing to fight the best than most other British boxers.

True this...British boxers have always been up there and fought at tbe highest level when it was possible....I think Haye springs to mind when questioning all mouth no substance, kell brook would have been another but in fairness the upcoming fight with Porter is no easy task.Fury will fight anyone but this weekend is his biggest test.

Tyson Fury is an entertainer, most of the things he says is to big up the fight and entertain people. People either tune in as a fan of Fury or to see him lose, but at least people have an interest in his fights. People shouldn't take him too seriously anyway but his skills are underrated.
