Fury is far more fluid and has a lot more ability, but there's little doubt Ustinov and Fury's durability are on extreme opposite ends of the spectrum. Ustinov also basically only throws meaningful punches with his right hand in the form of a straight. That's the best punch to hit a guy that relies on his height and leaning back to avoid punches.
This has got to be garbage, why would chisora break his hand on purpose and lose out on a payday. Both wach and ustinov were in chisoras gym not wlads.
I think they both better watch out for the other guys right hand. They both are there to be hit with rights, and both being big targets in range for the other guy. It's a pick'em to me. From the inside: Fury (better overall in fighting skill) From the outside: Fury (longer better educated jab) Strength: Ustinov (He will be the one using muscle in the clinch) Chin: Ustinov (He has gone some rounds with punchers. He can be worn down as the Pulev fight showed, but a 1 punch KO is less likely to happen, and he is in better shape now) Basically if Fury can take Ustinov's punches he should win due to superior skill, but can he?
Agree. So the question is can Ustinov catch Fury with a punch he does not see? I do think we will see a faster than usual Ustinov btw.
Man what a fukin great fight this might be. And the WHOLE fight weekend.:deal Perez vs Jennings, my mouth is watering. I have been waiting for fight like this, yes I have. And Golo vs Geale.. Fukin yeah. I have got 30 cans of ICE cold beer for tomorrow.:good
Ustinov is frighteningly slow. Slow as ****ing molasses. Old Foreman slow. Thing is Fury has such poor defense and does not fight intelligently. He gets rattled or floored constantly. People go on and on about him recovering, it was a full leverage shot... The bottom line is he's being knocked down or rattled by guys that are a half foot shorter than him who also have serious reach disadvantages... Fury has an 85' inch reach and he's getting tagged by right hands from 6 foot tall men that literally could not be any easier to see coming. Cunningham and Chisora fit that bill, of smaller men connecting and hurting him badly. Feather fisted guys that have rattled him include really subpar fighters such as Firtha and Pajkic. Everyone knows all this already so it's just regurgitation at this point. But the guy is a liability, as talented as he is for such a big man. Whether Ustinov is the one to do it I'm not sure, but its going to happen.
And they both look like each other.:rofl Fury need to fight behind his jab and He got this... There might be some scary moments thou if Fury desides to go full ****** and brawl.
It shows a huge level of delusion to think that Wlad, Haye and Chisora have got together and planned all these pull outs in an attempt to derail Furys career. Anyhoo, Fury looks to have gotten in decent shape. Still a bit fleshy round the middle but compared to his last outing, he's made a vast improvement. I think he'll be a little quicker than Ustinov. I see Fury getting a 4th or 5th round KO, possibly sooner.
Pulev has really good speed with his reflexes and feet yet a 305lb Ustinov was still able to catch him with good shots here and there that he wasn't expecting. He's 25 pounds lighter now at 280 weighing what he did in K1 and if you ever watched him then those 25lbs make a significant difference with his speed. Watch him at 280lbs in K1 and check out those flying knees he's much more agile http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vb_-I1PVt8Y
Pulev is better than Chisora. Also appears to be in some kind of shape. Fury's glass chin is already cracking at the thought.
