Abel Sanchez: No one at 154, 160, can last 12 with GGG!

I guess 154 is cool, but 168 is totally out of the question now. In other words, it's okay for GGG to be the bigger man on fight night with a power advantage that can make up for any flaws he may have. But it's totally unacceptable for GGG to be the marginally smaller man and to have his power advantage diluted a bit.

When asked about a potential fight with Andre Ward, Sanchez punched hard: “We are ready to fight Andre Ward, but only if he will understand that Gennady is a bigger star, bigger draw.”

Lmao, I'm not crying. I'm not pro ward and against GGG. He's just not a bigger draw than Ward. Not yet anyway.

Clottey always had a helluva chin and a solid defense when he wants to .

I can see Clottey surviving 12 rnds with Golovkin .

it pretty much is. Ward isn't a draw or a ticket seller.

    Fair enough. :D

You're as good, and as popular as your last fight. "What have you done for me lately?"

1.1M HBO viewers for Ward-Rodriguez, 1.3M HBO viewers + international viewers (Germany & Eurasia) for Golovkin-Stevens.

Make that about 1.5-1.6M + international viewers come tomorrow night.

i think overall they are equal in terms of draw. even though ward should be way ahead based on the super 6 and destroying chad dawson
GGG is god on these boards and ward is hated

    Wrong.

Abel has said for a while, including his last guest appearance on Pugilist KOrner weekend wrap that he thinks Froch and Ward both go the distance.

You are totally taking crap out of context. He isnt saying no fight, he is just unwilling to claim that GGG for sure KO's the top 168 guys. He says something even the haters agree with, and haters still find a way to hate.:patsch

Ward sold $275k worth of tickets for his last fight.

I'm not hating. I'm going to GGG-Geale tomorrow. I just think he needs to be at 168.
