Ward being overpaid is part of the reason he fights once every two years.

GGG will ask Ward to step down to 160 lbs. At the very least a catchweight or I dont think GGG will risk it at 168 lbs with Ward.

Should'nt be a problem for Ward, he called out Mayweather at 160 lbs.

How about they do it over in Kazakhstan if it's going to be such an easy night's work for Ward? Golovkin could pack out any arena over there to full capacity and he could shift more tickets in 10 minutes than Ward could dream of doing in a life time.

Hey, it'll also give Ward the opportunity to silence his detractor's criticisms regarding him always having everything in his favour and playing home games all the time. I think that's only fair as Golovkin's done more than enough of his fair share of globetrotting. He's fought all over the shop. The US 5 times (6 including tomorrow night's fight). Germany 18. Denmark and the Ukraine once a piece. Monaco and Panama twice and he's even fought in his homeland Kazakhstan once too.

Ward already holds all the aces when it comes to size, strength, athleticism, reach, speed of both hand of foot, ring IQ and slickness, so why not even the odds a little to make it more interesting?

Yeah, just a little bit. He couldn't even go down to his local for a quite pint of horse milk without getting mobbed by adoring fans when he lived over there. That's why he moved to Germany, so that he could get away from all that and lead a reasonably normal existence.
