Fury is a joke .. canceled the fight against Ustinov few hours before the fight

I say Chicken Fury. Ustinov was in better shape than they thought. Maybe they watched the Ustinov v Tua fight and thought "****..what the hell are we doing going in with this guy!" :nut

I've lost a lot of respect for Tyson..... Nobody would have blamed him for not fighting on todays card after Chisora pulled out. But to find a decent replacement opponent, hype the fight up only to pull out at the last minute is disgraceful.

 

Fear has beaten chicken Fury.

 

The Fury's are a close knit family which doesn't take Einstein to work out.. family first etc.

It was Peter Fury who made the decision to pull the plug on the fight. After going through changes already after Chisora pulling out, taking on a completely different type of fighter at short notice to then have to also go in the ring when a close family member (his first trainer and also uncle) has fallen seriously ill.. his mind wouldn't be 100% on the job, correct decision to make.

Let's also remember Peter Fury is Tyson's trainer, it's his brother that's fallen ill... the brother who he named his own son after, so his mind would be elsewhere also.

They could have not told Tyson Fury anything about his uncle until after the fight was over (there's nothing Tyson can do about it, except worry), and save the card. They probably had second thoughts about the fight and decided to pull the plug.
