Golovkin came through with flying colours. This guy is something else and if he stays at middleweight he will probably clean the division out one after the other.

Golovkin was a heavy fav and expected to win. Geale fans probably just disappointed - as most Australian's would be. It's laughable that some people are boasting they picked Golovkin, like he was some outside shot - when he was a very heavy fav. I'm disappointed Geale lost because I am Australian.
Well done to Geale for representing his sport in the biggest boxing arena there is. Not many Aussie fighters, let alone any fighters have done what he has.
I knew Geales would get destroyed by Golovkin. Not surprising at all. Geales is a good boxer but his pitter patter volume style + his average power/chin at the elite level is simply not enough to trouble a fighter Like Golovkin who looks something special. As someone said awhile ago, it may have been Josey I'm not sure, Geales is the Australian version of the UK's Darren Barker. A decent boxer in this era who can win a belt but someone who certainly won't reign for long.
