Froch can't make 160 anyway that's why he said it ,is GGG willing to go up to 168 to fight Ward ,didn't come out his mouth tonight ,but its okay for JMW to come up and fight him.:smoke

which makes it one of the most impressive ko punches in middleweight history, at the least. geale is damn lucky his punch hit first or he would've been out like ishida, or worse.

It was in the build up to Froch Groves 2. He was being asked about his options if he won and when GGG was mentioned he said 'avoid like the plague'.

No mate, Geale is a slippery fighter and normally a hards night work for anybody, many people thought he would put up a much better show but I think we are just witnessing a very special fighter in Golovkin

Yes, unless Jim Lampley just lied about it on national TV in cahoots with the HBO technical director putting up a graphic of Froch saying exactly that on Sky. :conf

Golovkin vs Canyellow! That is the fight! It would be a huge draw I think.

Cotto is a vastly superior boxer to GGG and Geale, GGG only wins on his size, and that's late.

On the contrary, Golovkin's biggest asset tonight was how mentally relaxed he was. He didn't experience the sort of pressure to test his power. One of the commentators made an astute remark, that I just wish Geale had adopted.
Instead of expecting /hoping his punches would put GGG on the back foot, Geale needed to physically wrestle/tie him up and push him onto the back foot, and fight him stepping back. Geale showed GGG can be hit, but don't bother while he's is coming forward. He'll still knock you out.
