    It is a weak fight.

    In reality, Floyd vs Maidana is a chit fight too. Floyd was off his game in his last fight and had a competitive fight with a B- fighter.

    Both are crap fights on paper but in reality will be exciting.

    the bar is set so low on it sucking, it almost has to. if it were on HBO, its not such a disgrace...but to expect 59.99 for a PPV...ummm nope

    Algeri is basically getting a shot at Pac for beating some guy who I thought it would be a joke if he got a shot at Pac. Provodnikov should have never been rated as high as he was. They were able to over inflate his stock and now look what happened. Let this be a lesson to all you fans out there: Don't overhype unproven plodders when they are facing less than stellar competition.

    Even though both fights are **** I'm betting the Pacquiao fight entertains more since I expect Floyd to box more and win more decisively ..

    Nothing wrong with that, but it takes two to tango.

    I just think Maidana + Floyd > Algieri + Pac

    Wouldn't be surprised if Pac-Algieri is more exciting, but May-Maidana is the better matchup

    HBO's 2 biggest stars, 2 power punchers. Manny has moved up and fought bigger guys before, why not try it for a middleweight title against the popular champ?
