Maybe, maybe not...but truth be told I don't think he would have to. I think JL would take out JD before JD inflicted too much damage on JL.
No probably an old legend in Foreman, he took Evander the full 12 rounds unlike Tyson who was stopped.
Why is it then, that Holyfield hardly ever mentions Foreman? but constantly talks about Tyson in every interview Holyfield: Beyond The Glory 'Me and Tyson were the two best fighters of the era, i knew i had to beat him' Holyfields brother 'After beating Tyson, Evander had beat all he needed to beat, he could now retire without fighting again and his legacy was secured' Foreman atsch With every post, you show your desperation
Tyson was all hype that people like you fell for! When the hype met his match he either got knocked out or quit! Tyson couldn't carry Louis's jockstrap!
a peak louis would absolutely destroy early with accurate combinations tokyo douglas, madrid douglas, new york douglas, moon douglas, or sidney douglas
Louis took more from Schemiling. Do your homework. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Louis_vs._Max_Schmeling
While Douglas definitely hit a bit of a hiatus in Tokyo, the outcome had as much if not more to do with Tyson’s lacklustre showing. He just wasn’t there. Joe Louis simply didn’t have that sort of off night. He was very consistent, and he would not underestimate Douglas.
Louis KO 12 to 15. Buster was brilliant that night and Louis could be troubled by boxers and movers. The speed, angles, jab, and movement of Buster trouble Louis big time. Douglass makes a mistake late ala the Tyson fight and gets his clock cleaned.
