It's very good. Jackson hit harder though. He consistently put people to sleep. So did G-Man imo. GGG appears to have thudding power, it hurts the opponent bad, but these guys where absolutely monstrous punchers.
Not as much raw one punch power as Jackson. Golovkin hurts guys because he has very good natural power and combines it with really good technique.
IMO Julian Jackson is the hardest P4P puncher ever. GGG can crack but he doesn't have Jackson's one shot discombobulating power.
Not on the level of Julian Jackson's, but admirable nonetheless. Julian Jackson's power was shocking, and almost frightening. You knew when he hit someone, they weren't getting up, for example Graham and Norris.
No way . When Golovkin drops his opponents , most of the time they get back up . Whenever Julian landed his bombs flush , his opponents most of the time were completely laid out before they even hit the mat .
I speak under correction, but I think Jackson has 21 count out knockouts in his career which is astonishing. He was among the elite of the elite for power.
JJ was really a light middle...as were two of his more notable victims, Norris and Graham. But he was the biggest puncher I ever saw pound for pound. But GGG far more strength in depth overall the far superior boxer.
LOL at the fact you had to ask that question. There is no one that hits as hard as Julian Jackson. Only person that comes close is George Foreman. GGG doesn't have one punch KO power. He knocks you out with precision and timing.
