I'd guess this is the case. Mayweather/Golden Boy has a private contract with USADA and maybe it is not compulsory to divulge results as the testing is voluntary? Only the commission testing post-fight matters when it comes to full public disclosure? I am throwing this out as a question, as I am not sure.
