Just as many of his sparring partners have praised his power as have former opponents of his. I'm talking about fighters from his own division all the way up to HW. From Geale, Proksa, Macklin, and Rosado to Tyrell Hendrix (LHW), Tavoris Cloud (LHW) Derek Findley, Latif Mundy, Lamar Russ, Sergey Kovalev (LHW), Tony Harrison, Ryan Coyne (CW) and HW David Imoesiri etc.

He beats up HWs in sparring whilst wearing big gloves. He sent the 230-250lb Vincent Thompson packing after a week.

Others have said they've seen him do the same to much heavier guys in the gym too.
