Is the Good Boy Image hurting Golovkin?

    Golovkin is a great fighter....in search of a big-money fight that is eluding him. And, all the big-name, big-money fighters that are eluding him are Hispanic - Chavez, Cotto and Canelo.

    Is it time for Golovkin to drop his "Good Boy" image? Should he take a page out of the old Mohammed Ali playbook and become a "Bad Boy" so that that so many people will want to see him lose that the money will compel the Big-Money fighters to face him? Would it be wise for Golovkin to call the mexicans and the Puerto Ricans a bunch of Ignorant Beaners and wiper his arse with their Flags - and do whatever rude, hateful things are needed to make the Hispanic Fans crave to see him destroyed?

    And while he's at it, he can call the Black People terrible names and claim that America is soft and nothing but woosies - and wipe his arse with the flag, of course. That would make even more people pay to see him lose.

    Or...are the Fans too smart to fall for the bait?

    Who knows...they keep paying to watch Floyd Mayweather fight no-hopers, don't they?

    Ggg just needs to keep winning and stay where he is, canelo can't make 154 anymore and is on the way to middleweight, he will beat cotto and Alvarez isn't afraid to fight anyone so he will take in ggg and get beat to death

    Thank you for reminding me that Canelo is having weight problems and needs to eventually move up. i had almost forgotten that. Your right, Canelo is just a matter of time. However, I don't think Cotto is going to face GGG and I can't blame him.

    Nah cotto is too much of a *****, smart guy though he pick his time beautifully with Martinez

    Ggg should look to maybe fool about and try to unify or go up to 168 for a one off fight with froch or Chavez and just bide his time until canelo is ready to get the **** bet out of him

    Drop the good boy image and just be just like everyone else? Why? The guy is an individual not a sheep.

    ridiculous idea. triple G is who he is, can't change. besides which, it will be more lucrative in the end for him to continue playing the hero and turning chumps into good boys. he needs to get out of the garden now (unless it's cotto) and branch out more. england, vegas, los angeles, russia. maybe even japan.

    Golovkin's power, skills, balance, etc., is keeping Cotto, Quillin, Murray, Void from fighting him. Golovkin is not a woman beater and never will be..............

    Regarding Golovkin's image, I think he should approach his fellow Russian, Lebedev, and ask him to let him borrow that Russian Popeye The Sailor outfit Lebedev likes to wear before fights.

    He should borrow that lime green tam also, but he should wear it tilted to the side like a slick version of Popeye.
    To top it all off, Golovkin should have a tattoo of a big anchor tattooed on his forearm and smoke a corncob pipe.

    When doing the post fight interview, GGG should limit his replies to, "I am what i am. I'm GGG the Russian man" and then with tilted Tam on head smile at the camra while flexing his boat anchor forearm with his pipe in mouth giving it a, "Toot-toot!". :lol:
