Exactly people go on as if Tyson was a strong 12 round fighter when fact is his power faded badly when taken into the later rounds.

Stevenson had dynamite in his right hand and with the height and reach advantage he'd be a real danger man for Tyson.

Well putting Audley against Lewis first pro fight might have done the sport of boxing a favour.

No doubt Cus would have prepared a game plan, however so too would Stevenson with aid of a top pro trainer.

I admire you for fighting the Cuban amateur corner. The Cuban boxing history is an amazing plus to the sport and nation. But since the 1960s it has not been professional. If Stevenson had turned pro in 72, I think there is a fair chance he is competitive with Holmes and Ali by the middle of the decade. But history shows top amateurs fighting tough from day one as pros is not the way to go...

Me personally I could see Stevenson knocking Holmes out who was always vulnerable to a right hand. He seemed to handle boxers with deadly ease.

The likes of Joe Frazier would have been tougher for him with his relentless pace and body shots, we never did see him taken into deep waters so who knows how he would handle that.

James " Buster " Douglas was a seasoned professional who had been a contender for probably 3-4 years prior to facing Tyson, and it took a sustained **** beating over 10 rounds and the need to rise off the canvas once to get that win. Little bit different then going strait from the amateurs and into a world championship ring ;)

Kinda sorta but then again not really. Tyson was 18 years old when he turned pro and his amateur career wasn't a fraction as long or elaborate as Stevenson's. Remember, Henry Tillman beat Tyson in the olympic trials just several months before Mike laced it up with Hector Mercedes in a pro ring.

Every fighter is a bum by your opinion.Big problem a 16-17 years old kid couldn't beat
world-class adult fighters. This is the why Tyson is a bum by your logic.
(Considering the 20 years old Lennox Lewis was a nobody. )If you wanna see two
real bums check the Purity-w: klitschko fight out!
    But i think you're the Biggest bum:i think you're a sick unathletic,frustrated monitorhead
and your biggest happines this sick Tyson hater behaviour.

"Because Stevenson had lots of 12 round fight .I can't forget Stevenson's legandary
12 round fights. For example... wait! Maybe i'll try to say an example later. "

Otherwise Tyson knocked the tall Ribalta out in the 10 round.Ribalta was taller fighter
    than Stevenson.

    - Lennox Lewis never knocked a fighter out after the 8. round.
-Where was Foreman's power against Ali or Young in his prime?

The Ribalta stoppage was bull****, the man was getting up all night and wasn't in serious trouble, and no he wasn't taller than Stevenson and was featherfisted compared to Teafilio.

I've forgot now but who was the fighter Lewis did knock out in the 8th round??

Yes Holmes was so vulnerable BY your stupid mind.He had only one ko loss in pro(by Tyson) .
    Some Holmes' opponents(Shavers,Cooney,Norton,Berbick,Smith,Snipes,Spinks,
    Witherspoon)
The 42 years old Holmes beat the prime Mercer
Tthe 42 years old Holmes went the distance with the prime Holyfield.
(The "prime" Douglas, couldn't do this)
The 45 years old Holmes was competitive against the prime Mccall.
(This Mccall destroyed Lennox Lewis easily).

But he was vulnerable by your mind.Great guy you convienced me in your dream.

-Lewis knocked nobody out AFTER 8. round.(You can't read. You're blind by your stupidity.)
-Ribalta was taller fighter than Stevenson.
    What's your opinion?.Is Ribalta 4'10"?
-The referee knows the rules better than you.The Tyson-Ribalta ko was ok.
Ribalta was down 3times against Tyson. But he wasn't trouble by your opinion.
You must be a very intelligent person.
