Oleg Maskaev. All his losses are by KO - 7 KO losses in total. Was KO'd 3 times in 1-2 rounds.

Tommy Morrison. Was KO'd 3 times, knocked down few more times. Has one KO1 loss, had better chin than Maskaev's though.

Tony Tubbs. Was stopped 3 times in 1-2 rds, by Tyson, Lionel Butler and Ellis, not a good chin.

Mike Weaver. Has 12 KO losses, was stopped early few times. Has several one-punch KO losses in his resume.

Hasim Rahman. Was knocked out cold few times in his career.

Michael Moorer. 3 KO losses, one 1st rd KO loss, was dropped few more times.

Leon Spinks. Muliple KO losses, few early KO losses even in his prime.

Floyd Patterson. Was KD' many times, had two KO1 losses.
    _______

    Have I missed anybody?

Out of these champions and titleholders I'm sure Oleg Maskaev has the worst chin BY FAR. Lance Whitaker knocked him out cold with one right hand from southpaw stance, McCall and Aguilera stopped him in just 1 rd, Johnson knocked him out cold for 5 minutes in 4th round, Sanders was losing all rds till he landed and KO'd Oleg.

Tony Tubbs had a good chin.

Out of those guys I'd say Leon Spinks.

Herbie Hide WBO champ had the worst of anyone.

Spinks was a much better skilled boxer then Maskaev and knew how to take and roll with a punch. If Maskeav had Leon's skills he would of survived a lot better. Yes I'd say Maskaev had a better chin, but not by much.

Roy Jones, Jr. Michael Dokes, Ken Norton deserve mentions. What Bentt? He's probably one of the worst beltholders ever along with Leon Spinks.

Big John Tate certainly couldn't take a good shot to the chin.

    Floyd Patterson.
He was knocked down 21 times as champion. I believe that is a record.

Buster Douglas, was knocked out by David Bey who was making his pro debut and of course has a few KO losses on his record.

You are ridicolous. The prime Bowe couldn't knock a faded Tubbs out.It was a close fight.
Is it the sign of a bad chin? I doubt it.
This Tyson argument is ridicolous also.Prime Tyson was the hardest and most skilled
    puncher ever.
Tubbs beat the prime Smith (wud10)
He went the distance with Witherspoon(lmd15) (considering a 15 rounds fight)
The faded Tubbs beat Seldon(wud10) etc.
Only Tyson knocked a good Tubbs out.
The 46 !!! years old Tubbs beat Minto with(18-0-0) (wsd10).
    Bad chin? No way.
Tubbs had 59 fights(only 5 ko losses) and 370! rounds.
I think lots of fighter want a similar "bad chin".
Lennox Lewis has only 44 fights. Lewis was 37 years old against V.klitschko.
    It was his last fight.

Rahman should be right up there. Mandibles don't get too much more fragile than his.

Willie Pep won a round without throwing a punch.

Well courtesy of Seldon, Tyson won a belt without landing one
