Now i see it. The DQ was justified. Chaves was intentionally rubbing his laces across Rios eyes trying to cut him. You can see it right before the DQ, he rubs his laces then brings his hands up to try and act like he doesnt know what the hell rios is talking about.

When they clinch, chaves tries to maim Rios eyes any chance he gets without the ref seeing.

I hope the people talking about how dirty Chaves was aren't the same ones who said that Lomachenko should've fouled Salido back in their fight.

I didnt see Rios fouling. The seocnd he got into range, he'd get wrapped up, but he'd use his free arm.

Looked like Chaves wanted to keep it outside and did wanna work inside, but it wasnt Rios bumrushing wildly flailing, he was coming in clean until he was wrapped.:think

Chaves was fighting in a manner unbecoming of him... was real bitchlike to be honest.

Holding waaay too much when rios would get inside... would try rubbing his head all over rios's face, putting his open glove on rios's face and also trying to rake brandons eye with his gloves in the clinches... all the while complaining just as much as rios.

Both fighters fought dirty I think Drakulich lost control & panicked. Chavez was never warned about lacing Sad ending it was a good fight

Wow, some serious Rios haters in here. The difference is that Rios wanted it to be a clean fight, but Chaves would not allowed. Chaves was fighting as if he was forced to be in there.

Fatcity, I think Rios was complaining out or pure anger. He never showed he was scared, just extremely frustrated.

Chaves fought like a *****. Rios wasn't that dirty, most of it is due to fighting on the inside. Not intentional fouls. Rios looked bad, but Chaves DQ was justified.
