    I'm sure he mentioned in his after fight IFL interviewn that he'd been seeing a sports psychologist.

    Like I said - He NEEDS to leave B'ham. Just make the journey there for training, that's it.

    He would be doing himself a massive favour if he did that.

    Gavins career seems very slow moving to me considering what he achieved as an amateur. He is not as well known as I would have expected.
    Gavin doesnt seem like a strong fighter or big puncher, but he does have skills.
    I think its a an all or bust thing to go for the rematch, but if he won it would be a big step back in the right direction.
    So rematch would be my answer, but im not F Gavin and dont know what his mindset would be.

    On a seperate side story to the fight, I think Bundu showed real class in he fight and in the post fight interview and seemed a genuine person. I hope he goes on to get a title shot and does well

    He's not going to leave Birmingham.

    Why do people not take the hints with Gavin? Time and time again he has shown that he is not the most dedicated and needs home comforts. There is no chance he will be able to survive on his own away from Birmingham, too mentally weak. He needs to just focus on picking up a vacant euro title, making a few defenses and then cashing out at world level. If he can get some decent money in the bank and have his house paid off etc etc then he will retire happy.

    This isn't a guy who is mentally strong enough to make it at the top level.

    Some of the stuff on this thread and others is laughable...if (and I know if is a big word )he didn't get caught with a great body shot Frankie would be champion right now...even with that and the lasting effect it would have had probably had on him for the remainder of the fight he only lost by a few points on my card and the officials for goodness sake. People are going on like he was totally destroyed which is nonsense he swept the early rounds before getting cracked that's all. On another night Frankie can beat Bundu andnI would tip him to outclass him in a rematch no problem

    Utterly ridiculous to use the "if he didn't get hit" line.

    Embarrassing actually.

    LOL, if Herbie Hide didn't get hit by Vitali he would have won.

    If Pacquiao didn't get hit by Marquez he would have won.

    I'd be the greatest boxer who ever lived if I didn't get hit.

    Gavin Rees would have beaten Broner if he didn't get hit. He won the opening 2 or 3 rounds before he unfortunately got hit and then struggled. He was very unlucky that night.

    >Get rid of amateur trainer.
    >Move down in weight.
    >Stop calling people out who you don't deserve to be in the ring with at the moment.
    >Stop being such a moody ****.

    :lol::lol:

    One thing I don't like about Frankie is that he tries (way too hard) to come across like some savage/killer at the face offs/weigh-ins. He's just not that person.

    :lol::lol::lol::lol:

    Gold.

    In all seriousness, I'd get a new nutritionist and S&C coach. Kayes is terrible for Boxers, IMHO.
