This is a *****-phaggit move ! Cotto should vacate his wbc mw trinket if he doesn't want to defend it or unify it at the proper mw weight i.e 160 lbs !

Thats a coward move ! He cherrypicked that title from an old-shot-to-**** handicapped person and now wants to milk it against welters !

    Wildcard gym movement...
Just about every one of their biggest wins have some sort of "clause" attached.

In all fairness ggg did say he could fight at 154

But this is a ***** move if you want to call yourself the middleweight lineal champion fight at 160

There's enough weight classes in boxing without catch weights

You are right... But with Cotto holding a 160lbs belt already a catch is kinda like a "WTF??" Type move.

Same as Ward-Dawson. He called Cotto out, and said he could fight at 154-168. What's the problem?

He fought martinez at 159 limit. I don't give a **** what cotto weighed, he allowed the other guy to weigh 159, but not ggg? What a bunch of pussies, **** roach.

Ya he'd fight a jmw at 154, not the middleweight champion at 155. Some of you people are just flat out stupid.

    completely fair....

    ggg is a nobody.....

cotto's a small welterweight let alone middleweight....

he has every right to ask him to drop a few lbs....

b-hop did it when he fought de la hoya.... didn't 'drain' him and he was old..... ggg still young and fresh.

Doesn't matter. GGG is not a big MW. He is 5'10. He can go down to 155 and still get the "W" against Cotto.

Ya and he let the other guy in at 159. It's middleweight, the limit is 160. Don't like it get out of the division. It's so indefensible.
