    Degale & Froch - Unranked - IBF

    4. Groves
    16. Callum Smith
    17. Eubank Jnr
    19. Paul Smith
    24. Rocky Fielding
    35. Kerry Hope

You have to feel sorry for Degale. Presumably P Smith will drop out soon because of the WBO

C Smith higher than Rocky fielding

Eubank in a 168lb list? What has he done to deserve the ranking

    Kerry Hope in? No Buglioni

Callum smith has one of those WBC belts you get in a Christmas ******* and has defended it a couple of times, hence that ranking. Rocky should have a much better ranking than Callum in the WBA tho

Really? It's just hate that gives people that opinion. If you have that opinion, then surely you agree that Lomachenko shouldn't have got a shot then?

Let's have a look at who Paul Smith has beaten since his last loss in a British and Commonwealth fight.

    Tommy Tolan 4-12 record
    Tony Dodson 29-7 record
    Jamie Ambler 10-52 record
    David Sarabia is 7-3 record

His best win is Tony Dodson, a Brit level operator at best, please make a case for Paul Smith deserving a world title fight on the back of this ?

Lomachenko has nothing to do with this this is Paul Smith so stop trying to deflect and make your case.

I don't think he's necessarily saying that Smith deserves the shot. Lomachenko has everything to do with it, as boxing is so broken that politics and money dictate who gets the best fights, not who is most deserving.

Jesus, i'm saying that saying if people have an opinion that Paul Smith doesn't deserve a shot, that Lomachenko should be the victim of the same critcism. He got that shot based on reputation and potential not through having an established professional career.

There's been much worse world title challengers. It's a good fight. Did Ward deserve a shot against Hall?

Lomachenko earned his ranking by beating the WBO number 7 in his first fight
