Salinas hut got stopped in 6 by a low level journeyman, the fact that quigg drew with him now looks terrible

But he hadn't been when quigg fought him and he had a good record in the am's and was ranked 1 by WBA so unless mystic meg was matchmaking he was at the time a credible opponent. He had been smashing Gamboa about in sparing before the quigg bout and although I am aware he is no world beater I have a feeling his recent ko loss may well be connected in moving down to bantam

Oh Jesus so mythical sparring stories and beating really **** guys makes you a credible opponent now lmfao

Salinas getting ko'ed by a journeyman show that his a low level fighter, and quigg a draw with him is a big stain on his record

He'd need to be a world champion to unify anything.

He had fought over 300 fights in the amateurs and lost 15 or something I'm fairly sure that's a pretty descent record, fairly certain it's better than yours. Your arguments are backwards. Munroe beat Martinez but different styles make for different fights not everything works on logic , Wigan won the fa cup last year are they the best side in the country

If he was matched against better opponents I'm sure he would sell tickets

So he has to rely in the other guy to sell the tickets lmfao that means he can't sell tickets

Frampton could fight anyone in Belfast and sell out

But not everyone's from Belfast where there's **** all going on. Quigg can sell tickets he just doesn't sell like hatton certain fighters come along that can sell enormous amounts it doesn't make them better or worse fighters look at rigo he can't sell ****

Audley Harrison won an olympic gold medal, guess what he was ****ing shite as a pro, Salinas was battered by a journeyman last time out, he was never any good only hyped up by Quigg fanboys desperate to save their man face after drawing with him. Quigg sells tickets from a chipper and was downgraded to the undercard last time out he's a ****ing nobody to 99% of people in Manchester let alone UK. To your point about about Salinas being ranked number 1 by the WBA, big deal rankings are made up half the time, Brian Rose was ranked NO 1 by the WBO he wouldn't even be top 15 in the world, Silva was in the top 15 according to the WBA yet ranked 88th on Boxrec. You want to play rankings Cazarez was ranked highter than Frampton but i don't see you calling that a great win.

Plenty going on in Belfast, frampton is just like hatton a hugely popular guy who can sell lots of tickets quigg isn't

Rigo can't sell tickets be uses he can't dishy in his own country and that seriously hurts him, no Cuban has ever been a big draw , even gamboa with his hugely exciting style isn't a big draw he has to fight in other guys hometowns

And level of opponent as I said isn't going to help quigg as Iv stated fighters like hatton and frampton could sell out even against someone ****

what happened to the Peurto Rican fighter that fought Cruz?? he's up for it. he's even on the scene saying he's ready for the call up.

i'm a fan of Quigg, but this is just too much. i know he hasn't got that much experience and only stepped up to fighting good fighters recently, but there can be no excuses for this ****.
