Yeah that's pretty mucheveryday politics in the Phillipines, its a brutally corrupt country, ever since the US got its claws into it and controlled in through the Marcos regime. They seemingly don't know how to do democracy without assault and bribery.

Most of what you noted is common practice for 15 year olds in the Phillipines. Not shocking an adult would do them. They're also common practices in most inner cities in the US. I'm sure Floyd had he share of things he doesn't anyone to know about as well. We all know still gambles like crazy.
