    Doubt they will learn anything from that sparring, Porter knew he was there and didn't actually do anything!! Waste of time for Dominic Ingle imo

    Kenny Porter made me laugh- he didn't give a fcuk about the Ingies watching Shawn work out...I think Kell was also there doing some bag work in the background at about 5:50 in- very unusual.

    Yes he was. He was trainig his eye to catch the long jab and slipping it and then using pivots to cut distance on both sides.
