I really sympathise with the Klitschkos. They rule over a dismal heavyweight roster. If Lennox Lewis, Ike Ibeabuchi etc were still active & in their prime the Klitschko would have gone the way of Valuev. Not taken seriously

though they are relatively weak h2h, it willalways remain impressive that two brothers managed to hold the titles between them, though the tag teaming obviously detracts from that feat. If they'd done it without tag teaming it would be more impressive.
I could see the tag teaming argument if they each fought top contenders. That wasn't the case, though- Wlad fought the highest available contenders, and Vitali fought the second tier. As a result, Wlad's resume is much stronger. The only guy I can see an argument for is Adamek, who was rated highly going in to that fight (although he wasn't expected to be much of a threat H2H, he did carry a high rating). Other than that, the top contenders got their chance to face Wlad. Chambers, Haye, Povetkin, and Chagaev were all higher rated fighters than than anyone Vitali defended against.
my point being that they covered each other against mediocre opposition that the other couldn't beat. tis bizarre though that even though wlad fought better opps, people vote vitali to beat wlad (and I back him too). none of this detracts from the fact that family members for the first time in in history held at least some of the hw titles between them (spinks bros held them at separate times). Its a solid accomplishment worthy of HoF.

Nonsense. Didn't they get their popularity being hyped and promoted in America?. As far as I remember, Vitali was well hyped and appreciated back in the day, especially after his fight with Lewis. It's simply Wladimir's fighting style and the lack of interesting Heavyweights that drives certain people off. It all comes down to competition and excitement and people will buy PPV/tickets and tune in. It has absolutely nothing to do with race, America hosts fights between foreign fighters all the time.

The Kiltschkos are not one singular fighter. You have Wlad who has the better resume, yet his fighting style is awful. He holds every single advantage against his opponents yet refuses to fight fairly. He is never warned for his holding. His Chin is awful and he panics when getting hit, but he has shown some heart on occasions. Vitali on the other hand - his whole career is smoke and mirrors. He lost to the worst ever version of Lewis, and has faced adversity twice in his ENTIRE career (and lost both times). His resume is paper thin at best. He's beaten no one, no one.
