    And Pac wanted Mosley at 143, Mayweather below 147, Canelo at 150, and Martinez at 150 and then switched to 147 when Martinez agreed. He fought Oscar at 147, Margarito at 150, Cotto at 145, Torrecampo at 111 and didn't even make weight!

    My point was that Oscar was the guy calling the shots if he had said 150 or no fight to Pacquiao it would be up to Pac to agree or say no to the fight. It is the same reason why Cotto and Margarito accepted catchweights it was either take the fight as it was presented to them or miss out.
