    he should have manned up and rematched him

    Yeah there is, Herrera. Danni should be fighting Herrera again on Saturday to leave no doubts. Like Floyd did vs Castillo.

    (even though there's more people who thought Floyd won that fight than people who thought Danni beat Herrera)

    Herrera was a tune up because you guys said so? Obviously he wasn't a career defining fight but people considered Herrera a tune up because he was relatively unknown. It's all about perception, and perception is not always reality. Herrera is A top dog at 140. Despite deserving the decision, he hasn't accomplished what Danny has. Although if someone said he's the real champ at 140, I wouldn't disagree. Danny deserved to lose.

    I'm not making excuses for him, I'm pointing out two things:

    1) People are too quick to condemn him, this is ONE TUNE UP, stay busy fight.

    2) People are hypocrites. Floyd is bashed because fans want him to "fight the best", and rightfully so. Well Danny comes along and fights the best, beats him, and gets no respect. It goes to show that it isn't about fighting the best, people will hate either way.

    Swelled eye - that eye didn't swell up on it's own.
    Khan's glass jaw - can't blame Danny for that
    robbery in PR - not his fault but I can totally understand taking anger out on him because he didn't give Herrera a rematch like he should have.

    this fight is a joke bottom line you just cant give a supposed pound for pound champion a pass when hes fighting a guy ranked 77 in a division below you

    I dunno if that is true.

    I never heard excuses about making the weight before the Herrera loss.

    Garcia is goin to get absolutely destroyed at 147... Imagine him facing a Rios or Thurman lol

    Cannot wait to hear angel after danny gets taken apart at 147

    You're right, you cannot give him a pass for this fight. This fight is garbage. But he cannot be labeled a cherry picker either.

    You're right, there's no such thing as a lucky punch, it's annoying when people say that :patsch

    Garcia would be lucky if Khan was whooping his ass throughout and then slipped and fell and KO'd himself :lol:
