Will the ref in Germany be fair to Pulev or will Wlad be allowed to constantly hold?

This is Germany, where you can get points deducted and threatened with disqualification for punching the house fighter in the face. Wlad will be allowed to pump himself with illegal performance enhancers and the ref will allow him to act with impunity in the ring, especially with his sickening tactic of deliberately trying to cause his opponent serious brain injury by elbowing them in the back of the head while he clinches.
