is porter being overated

    just wondered on thoughts alot of ppl think brook is hypejob because of his record (32-0 but not great fighters,the win lose ratio of the list of 32 is horrendous)but still dont know if he can up his level on main forum talking about porters power being too much but his recent record isnt great for kos his last ten fights he only has 3 kos one agaist paulie m who is on slide and doesnt have power to stop a guy coming on to him all time other two have just as bad records as most of kels opponents think alot posters have only seen his last two performances which imo he has vastly improved(malinaggi and alexander )but he was also very poor against diaz .I quite like both but dont see any as clear favourite do believe if compare fighters imo

    defence-porter
    offence-porter(because awkward style )
    jab-brook
    ko power-brook
    chin-porter
    ring iq-brook

    got 3 of each thats obvs my opinon but think fight go 1 of 2 ways
    1-porter charges in catches kell early because occasion might get to kel might freeze get caught could be quick ko or
    2-brook stays clear of early onslaught uses jab well lands powers shots sneaks a ud or md what u guys think?

    Regardless of how well Brook does hes going to get hit hard.
    After that moment Porter will jump on him until he finishes him.
    Its bad timing to fight Porter because Brook could really freeze up.

    Porter is indeed being overrated at the time, but he is going to beat Brook.

    Very hard to say - not enough to go on to call it.
    Either or both could turn out to be great champions or poor pretenders.
    I do think it wont be close though. I do think that one wont be able to cope at all with the others style - but which one????

    Porter is very strong and very unconventional. Normally I go with the better BOXER - and thats Brook for me all day.

    But then I thought Sturm would demolish Soliman in their recent rematch, and lok what happened there. Dunno.
    I say Brook - but ask me tomorrow and......

    I hope brook can pull it off and it's possible if he's done his homework as he has the tools to do it BUT! My only worry is that a wobbly beaten tired schecenko wobbled brook in there last round and no doubt about it porter will land at some point during there fight I just hope brook can deal with it?

    shame fights not getting bigger build up looking forward to it am just edging towards brook but change ma mind all time lol undercard looks ok aswel

    No! Shawn Porter is not being overrated. Porter has beat fighters who are a level or two above anybody Brook has beat.

    Lacy might not have been overrated that much. He just met his Waterloo. But I don't see Kell as a Calzaghe,good as he is.

    will campbell or smiths fight be televised tho as quite big card thought bika v dirrell wilder also on and another 12 rounder cant remember

    Maybe being slightly over rated off the back of his win over malignaggi, as no one has destroyed paulie like that. Then again people overlooked the fact paulie was finished because he arguably beat the most over rated fighter of all time in adrien broner.

    Over rated as porter is, he is a horrific style match up for kell and unfortunately I think porter will stop brook.
