Will the ref in Germany be fair to Pulev or will Wlad be allowed to constantly hold?

Wlad could hit him with a ringside chair and I am sure the ref would just warn him

    Probably.

It would be great for boxing if referees were fair.

Everything on this board is getting so old....this conversation has been going on forever. You want a fighter to be able to bum rush wlad but you don't want him to clinch... he could stand there with his chin out to be crushed and you'd still find something to ***** about.

Mind you by rounds 4-6 if wlads opponents last that long, more clinches are initiated by his opponents than by him

Glad there are a few people with brains here. Wlad does not clinch against boxers who fight from the outside, like Pulev does and I fully expect this to be a relatively clinch free fight, can't see Pulev bull rushing Wlad.

The last ref who actually got on top of Wlad about his blatant cheating was in the Brewster fight where he got KTFO. Go figure.

    This.

Pulev is a decent size HW too, not some tiny person who Wlad can lean on to drain his power.
This will be a fight with very little clinching and very easy scoring if it goes the distance.

Most likely Wlad will be allowed to clinch as if he was Ali :yep

They allowed it decades ago to favored fighters - why should they stop now? :think
