    Not every fighter is going have a resume like a froch, fight after fight against wc opponent, Garcia ran through the division before Herrera, everyone! He's number 1, yes he should rematch Herrera(and until he does I will still moan about that) but a lot of guys talk **** about Garcia mainly the butt hurt matthesye fans who still can't believe Garcia beat him, the hate Garcia gets is generated in part by his dad, Garcia has deserved a few easy nights like last night, he's young got years left in him why burn yourself out with all out wars and reduce your career 5-6 years and be finished by 30-31, I couldn't stand him during his early years, wanted khan to beat him, but the more this guy wins the more hate he gets and has actually made me jump on the Garcia bandwagon :happy

    1 word - Overachiever.

    Khan should have dealt with him first time out & we wouldn't be having all these Garcia discussions

    He has one of the worst glass jaws in boxing, you delusional Khan fanboy.

    Garcia completely destroyed him and everyone knows it.

    Khan had no legs at the end of the 3rd, NONE!

    Tell me something I don't know. How about some inside Floyd information from his #2 buttboy next to Ellerbe.

    He gets a bit over-rated for beating Khan (who Prescott KO'd) and Matthysse (who couldn't convincingly beat Judah or Alexander) but he is a decent fighter.

    As I said in another thread, it may not be his fault but since he fought Matthysse he hasn't given the fans the fights they want;
    -fighting Herrera when people wanted a Matthysse rematch or a Provodnikov fight
    -Fighting Salka when people want a Herrera rematch
    -Fighting Peterson next (probably)

    I don't think he deserves loads of hatred but it's hard to really be a fan when there are great potential match-ups out there for him but he doesn't make them and instead seems to want to take an easy route and wait for a Floyd payday.

    Danny's a very good fighter with a very solid resume. I'll never argue against that.

    The problem is, he's lost the plot. It's so obvious he's gunning for the Mayweather cash out that he and his team don't care that their credibility is getting dragged through the gutter....by themselves.

    Acting like you're above rematches is one thing. Pulling up a lightweight ranked in the 70's with no knockout power is another. Making the fight at 142 so you don't have to stress yourself to make weight and making sure your titles stay with you in case something fluky does happen is a step too far. Salka had no business at 140, what's he doing in a Welterweight fight? Were the Welterweights ranked in the 70's all booked?

    Dude, are you serious? Thats pretty hardcore judgement for a guy who has beat some big names in the recent past...if he keeps fighting guys like Salka and Herrera I might agree with you but as of right now Danny Garcia is not running from any fights.

    A payday that will never come. Floyd fights people who are popular at the time.
    Garcia can't land a fight with floyd fighting Salka level guys
