Salka was a lightweight FFS. It would be like GGG fighiting Garcia and putting him into coma in 1st round :lol:

actually, Adama was the better opponent. that there just shows how bad Salka really was.

i'd never seen him but was hoping he'd have a good set of skills going for him because his lack of power certainly wasn't going to do much for him... but no, he didn't even have any skill. he was pure garbage.

it was a shameful fight that had Danny boasting at the end of it, that just added to the embarrassing theme last night.

BS. Adama is still rated #21 at 160, after his loss to GGG.

Also, GGG did not get paid $750k to headline vs Adama on HBO. He fought him off-tv in a Euro Casino.

If SHO had paid $50k or something for the broadcast rights, and put it on SHO Extreme like HBO wanted with GGG/Adama and HBO2 I dont think anyone would have complained about that either.

For the money paid, hungry and deserving fighters even within Haymon/SHO stable could have had an opportunity to headline and put on a real card. Thats what is galling. Think Quillan and Jacobs would have agreed to a 500k/250k split to headline at Barclays for WBO? Hell yes. (not Faulting Jacobs for taking the slot and paper title he did get a shot at though by any means, and I am thrilled he pulled it through with ease. You take what you can get)

Agreed...but GGGnut huggers will never admit!!... Let's face it, at 32 GGG got lots of catching up to compile a resume like like Danny Garcia!

Yeah, realistically, this Jacobs vs Fletcher for the regular WBA title should have been at LEAST comain with Peterson's decent defense.:think

Was the Adama fight on a network?

    Discussion over.

GGG takes his tune ups OFF THE NETWORK.

NOBODY wants to PAY to see those types of fights. People PAY for SHOWTIME AND HBO.

TAKE those BULL**** fights OFF THE NETWORK.
