I poached this list from elsewhere, so it may be incomplete. But anyway, here are the list of fighters that trained at Detroit's famous Kronk gym at least once, but were not full-time Kronkites.
(Pretty sure Mccallum was once, but for shits and giggles I'll leave him in.)

My question is this: IN ORDER, who were the 5 best boxers of the Kronk part-timers? (For the brave, a top 10 list would be good. :D)

For your edification, here is the list:

    Dennis Andries
    Jesse Benavides
    Mark Breland
    Julio Cesar Chavez
    Oscar DeLaHoya
    Jeff Fenech
    Naseem Hamed
    Jemal Hinton
    Evander Holyfield
    Ole Klemetson
    Lennox Lewis
    Welcome N’Cita
    Graciano Rocchigiani
    Doug “Big Bird” Ahonen
    Davey Lee Armstrong
    Jackie Beard
    Donald Bowers
    Orlando Canizales
    Johnny de la Rosa
    Fadi Faraj
    Floyd Favors
    Frank Goodwin
    Mickey Goodwin
    Lindell Holmes
    Biff Humphries
    Danny Humphries
    John David Jackson
    Lee Lamphere
    Mike McCallum
    John Mooney
    Eddie Mustafa Muhammad
    John O’Neil
    Todd Riggs
    Tarick Salmaci
    Leon Spinks

    Chavez
    McCallum
    Holyfield
    Fenech
    Delahoya
    Canizales
    Mustafa
I consider Lewis more than part time. But I'll add Pryor above Fenech

McClellan was a Kronk fighter, if memory serves.

Thanks. I like that list. I may add Fenech & De La Hoya above Holy, but hey...small details.

Well, okay. I still consider him more of a Kronk fighter than not, but I get your point. Fair enough.

Mickey Goodwin was a main Kronk fighter who unfortunately never got that Hagler shot.Amaazingly, lost to Ted Sanders.
