Pointed fingers, yet when the time came to reveal full drug testing results and USADA contract details, Roid paid Pac an undisclosed sum of money. Since then, he has barely mentioned drug testing...

USADA records are protected by HIPAA.

Yes, because I think they all do. The testing allows for it.

Actually, it was FLOYD who used REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY in his accusation of PED use on PACQUIAO. In MAGICIAN'S term, MISDIRECTION. :hat

Here's the thing with that, and I'm no pacquiao apologist, getting a tattoo and having a needle put in you are very different. A tattoo needle is almost like a scratch, it barely penetrates the skin. Whereas a needle for blood, goes in an inch. I have a upper body tattoo suit and I hate getting blood drawn. It's a crap excuse, but they are very different.

Without a doubt. He is using advanced peds that his friends in usada can not catch (I wouldn't be surprised if they supply the goods).

As for random testing, I want you guys to think about something: The companies with access to the best and newest viruses are usually the antivirus companies ;)

He does seem to be from that kind of culture so I would say he'd defo dabbled in PEDs at some point in his career.

Not as convinced as some seem to be, but nor would I be shocked if the drug testing he demands only legit applies to his opponents...kind of like the GBP style drug testing for the upcoming Brook-Porter fight, only Brook appears to be getting legitimate testing.
