    Pacquaio fights going backwards anytime his opponent allows him to, (IE not fighting SCARED).

    One of Pacquaio's best performances was against Margarito. He boxed Margarito. Just because he throws in combinations and has a high workrate, and can also hurt his opponents with powerful punches, doesn't mean he's always coming foward.

    He didn't fight backing up against Margo. And his defense wasn't good, so when he was on the ropes taking damage, his only option was to fight off. Don't start with this fighting scared bull****.

    No doubt Rigo is skilled but can he fight on the inside, because we know may weather can. Also we've seen Rigo knocked down a few times in his 12 pro fights. How many times has Floyd been down in almost 20 years of fighting some of the best fighters in the world.

    I think its between Rigo and Ward for the number 2 best skilled boxer in the world and Mayweather being the undisputed number 1
