How has this gone to purse bids when they have the same promoter?

Won't happen, ****** will be protecting Skeete as much as possible. Gavin is Euro level/Fringe world level while Skeete has hardly even fought at domestic level.

Be funny as if Hearn came in with a bid and won it,as it would if any other promoter came in but Hearn could put them on sky I imagine?

If he wanted to mess with Frank's mind he'd do it. Fight won't happen.

I would offer £1.50 and a bag of skittles. Snoozefest.

So it's not at purse bids stage then? It's just the board saying skeete is the mandatory?

Wont happen. Frank wont have it, he'll more than likely push for Bundu rematch for Frankie, plus Skeete wouldnt take it.

If by some obscure chance it does happen. Frankie would box Skeete's head off

It is but the first option is of the the managers of the 2 fighters to make the fight if a deal cant b made they go to the bids put in. Its on the board notices
